As an example, several of our team members recently completed a comprehensive educational program called NADA Academy. The Academy includes a series of courses on financial management, parts management, service management, vehicle inventory, marketing, vehicle sales, associate management, business leadership, and more.
NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) represents more than 16,000 new-car dealers throughout the country. The organization advocates, trains, and engages in research, with a goal of “accelerating success for the automotive retail industry.”
