The RAM 1500 light-duty pickup truck is proudly produced at the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant in Sterling heights, Michigan. RAM invested 1.49 billion dollars into the plant to retool for the all-new RAM 1500 pickup truck. The facility is currently focused on the RAM 1500, but has previously produced favorites like the Dodge Avenger, Chrysler LeBaron, and Dodge Daytona.
RAM 1500 Classic models are built nearby at the Warren Truck Assembly Plant in Warren, Michigan. This plant has produced millions of trucks since opening its doors back in 1938. The facility is also home to production for new Jeep models.
